Founder

Our Founder Chairman, Prof. Vilas T. Shete is a legend in his own right. Having taught over 50,000 students over a stellar career of 33 years, Shete Sir has nurtured and created several professionals, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and of course, teachers. He is rightly dubbed "Teacher of teachers".

Having developed a strong culture which attracted the right kind of team at Shete's, he now enjoys his role as an advisor. Since most of the team members are his ex-students, he is rest assured about his legacy being in safe hands.

Ajay Hardikar

Director

With 28 years of vast experience, Ajay Sir is the Grand Young Man of Shete’s. Both students and parents interact with him first, when they visit our institute. His energy levels defy his age, and his genuine concern for development of students makes him an endearing figure to most. Of course, he appears a bit strict, but that is also acknowledged as a huge benefit by students in later years.His unforgettable mantra- VIP i.e.(Visualise, Imagine, Picturise), guides them for life.

Avirat Shete

Director, Academics

Involved with Shete’s since 2 decades, Avi Sir started teaching at the tender age of 20, and has grown from strength to strength over the years. His multi-dimensional personality (poet, motivating public speaker, photographer and offbeat traveller) add a lot of variety to his Book-keeping and Accountancy lectures. Students love him, and have aptly nicknamed his classes- B.K. with G.K.

Vishal Shete

Director

The head of the administration team, Vishal Sir is the backbone of Shete’s. Though not involved in teaching, he commands equal respect amongst the youngsters. His word is respected, and his systems followed to the “T” by students and faculties alike. Even senior faculties, who once taught him, appreciate his people management skills!

Rupali Mendki

Academics

The shining star of Shete’s, she is the epitome of sincerity. Known to be a perfectionist since her student days, Rupali ma’am is our best R.O.I. One among many ex-students continuing as faculties here, she stands apart as a woman dedicated to her job like one possessed. Apart from teaching accountancy, she plays a key role in study material, tests and other enhancements at Shete’s.

Amit Mendki

Admin

An ex-student of Shete’s, he joined as a team member 20 years ago, and has added lot of value to the institute, through his no-nonsense and honest approach. Coming up with key suggestions in regular as well as times of emergency, he has cemented his place as a core team member.
